Our friends at Dangerous Ales love zesty citrus and the oceanic tang as much as we do, so we've brewed yet another collaboration beer together.

Trade Winds is a Grapefruit Ponzu Gose made using local grapefruits, a handcrafted ponzu (Japanese citrus condiment) and local sea salt from the Gippsland coastline. 

Refreshingly bright, zesty and tangy with a subtle umami and savoury complexity. Tastes like a summer breeze!
