Riding the Pine is a hop-forward take on a pilsner using a blend of "New World" (NZ) Riwaka and old school Mosaic, with a dash of Maui Nelson (pineapple-infused Nelson Sauvin) Hop Kief for a tropical boost. We are getting tons of grapefruit/citrusy notes, mixed in with hints of berry and concord grapes, and of course tropical pineapple. We aren't forgetting the nameake flavor/aroma component (pine), add notes of fresh-cut grass and a subtle dankness that keeps you coming back for more. Riding the Pine is a fabulous take on a hoppy pils, and one you won't want to miss.
