Winemaking: 12 days of maceration on skin for the Sauvignon Blanc and the Chardonnay. The Traminer spends 20 days in the Amphora on Skin. After being aged separately, the 5 wines were then merged just before the bottling. No sulphites added

Palate: Citrus, flower, and tropical fruits
