Mai Po No. 1 (Vintage 2025) is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel-aged in Elijah Craig Bourbon and Robber's Straight Rye Whiskey Barrels. It has rich roasted coffee and chocolate flavours with notes of brandied cherries, chestnuts and caramel.

When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for vertical tastings with other Mai Po vintages and variants.
