Brewed with citra and mosaic cryo, this is all about the stone fruit, citrus and tropical hop notes; all underpinned by a creamy malt character and gentle bitterness. We also allow for a reasonable amount of bitterness relative to the style to help bring balance to the juicy sweetness in the beer.
