Ageing:  Hand-picked in mid-October in small harvest crates. Combination of 4 vinification methods (cold maceration, maceration, carbonique and open mash fermentation). Whole cluster pressing in a basket press. Bottled unfined and unfiltered

Nose: Floral aromas with a touch of minerality
Palate: Spicy, mineral, juicy, stimulating, complex and elegant on the palate
